PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Due to an acquisition, a leading hedge fund needed to expand it’s current IT portfolio by 100% in 10 months to accommodate all of the acquired company’s applications.

SCOPE OF WORK

Asperitas Consulting created a multi-account, secured, compliant, automated and production ready public cloud environment.

All applications were migrated to all life cycles (e.g., development, test, and production) and hundreds of public cloud hosted virtual desktop environments were created in order to provide secure access to the applications and meet the organization’s compliance requirements.

RESULT

All cloud environments and automation for managing those environments were created in four months. All applications were successfully migrated to cloud in six months and the entire project achieved its goals within the 10-month period required.
