PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A large retail services IT organization was directed by their upper management to migrate all their applications to the public cloud in order to decrease cost and increase business agility. The day to day operations was no longer manageable, and a fresh start was needed to maximize company-wide efficiency.

SCOPE OF WORK

Architecture design of an end-state solution to support all 500+ corporate applications running in the public cloud including migration.

RESULT

Provide leadership and guidance in designing, implementing and executing the migration plans for an enterprise-wide system with 5000+ Servers in multiple regions worldwide. The need for on-premises IT infrastructure has been reduced to switching, routing, and firewall devices.
